Welcome to the Eileen Johnson Middle School! In the spring of 2012, the Lockwood Middle School was renamed the Eileen Johnson Middle School in honor of then retiring superintendent Eileen Johnson. Many important projects, including the construction of the new middle school building, were undertaken during Mrs. Johnson's tenure. The school board dedicated the school to Mrs. Johnson in thanks for her many years of dedication to the district.
Sixth grade, seventh grade, and eighth grade students attend classes in the middle school.
Mr. Gordon Klasna is the principa of EJMSl. In 2017, Mr. Klasna was named Principal of the Year by the Montana Association of Secondary School Principals. Mr. Tony Derrig is the Dean of Students/AD. The middle school secretary is Mrs. Stacy Schlepp. The middle school may be reached at 406-259-0154. There are over 400 students and several classroom teachers, specialists and support staff in the middle school who provide a great learning environment for our students. We are the Lockwood Lions!
