Adult Education Classes!

Zumba is an aerobic activity that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval and resistance training. New students are always welcome!

Instructor: Pam
Class Days/Times: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Place: Voting Gym
Fee: $1.50 a session or $15.00 for a punch card
Belly Dancing
Bellydancing has its beginnings in India and the Mid-East. Now is your chance to learn the basics right here Lockwood. All you'll need to bring is a smile and a willingness to have a great time! Bellydance is a popular way to stay fit mentally and physically. Come challenge yourself in a fun and safe environment!

Instructor: Bek
Class Day/Time:Monday, 6-7 p.m. for beginning class, & 7-8 p.m. for advanced class
Place: Intermediate, Voting Gym
Fee: $1.50 a session or $15.00 for a punch card
Belly Dancing
Yoga is a different type of exercise class, with the main focus on mind, body and spirit connections while having fun. It is designed for beginners to intermediate students with many modifications offered depending on your body type and flexibility.

Instructor: Lisa
Class Days/ Times: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m. or Fridays, 3:30– 4:30 p.m.
Place: Primary Gym
Fee: $10.00 a month
Sign Language

Taylor Todd has been living in the Billings region for two years and working in Lockwood for the past year. She graduated from Boise State in 2016 after studying social sciences and American Sign Language. Taylor is passionate about sign language and would love to share that passion by helping others to learn new skills. Taylor has stepped up to teach a course on the Basics of Sign Language. Some topics that will be covered include finger spelling, situational conversations, baby signs, deaf culture, and more based on interest or needs. This 5 week class starts on October 23.
