New student registration for Grades K-8 takes place in the administration office. Applications are available in the administration office and on-line for Grades K-8. Please have proof of your address in the Lockwood School District with you at the time of registration
(utility bill (electric or gas bill only), rent/lease agreement and/or property ownership paperwork ).

New Student registration for the 2018-19 school year will be held from 6:30 am-4:00 pm on the following Wednesday's throughout the summer:
June 27 / July 11 / July 18 / August 1 / August 8 / August 15
All Kindergarten registration takes place in the Lockwood School Administration Building. The only exception is Kindergarten Roundup, which is held each spring. Registration on that day is held in the Lockwood School Primary Gym. (Check the school events calendars for dates.) All Kindergarten registration must include the Certified Birth Certificate, Complete Immunization Record along with proof of address in order to complete the Registration process.

An official immunization record from the doctor/clinic and birth certificate are required to register children for kindergarten. All new students need an up-to-date immunization record at the time of registration.
New immunization requirements went into effect with the 2016-17 school year. Varicella (chicken pox) is now required for kindergarten students. Requirements are as follows for kindergarten.
7th Grade - a Tdap (tetanus with a pertussis booster) will be required for entry into 7th grade (previous requirement was only for Td or tetanus). Most clinics including the ones held at the school are already giving Tdap.
